Throughout Chef Holmes’ career, he has been involved with special presentations in the culinary field and clients have been truly elated with his service. Chef Holmes participated in the March of Dimes “Star Chefs Gala” in 2002 and 2003. This charitable event, which included food tasting and an auction that comprised of imaginative dining packages with food to be prepared by the finest chefs.
